Domestic shipping is free. International Orders are charged a flat rate of $10.00 per order. The amount is added to your bill and reflected on your invoice as a separate item.
The following payment methods are accepted on ShawtyRedInc.com:
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express
You can save/edit/delete credit/debit card information as a ShawtyRedInc.com member
Prepaid gift cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and government-issued tax refunds (entered in the credit/debit card field during checkout)
PayPal: Must be a US account
Gift cards: Must be issued in the US (valid for merchandise only)
ShawtyRed product Gift Cards: Must be issued by ShawtyRed (valid for merchandise only)
Products ship within 3 to 5 days after we receive your order. Unless otherwise specified, your product will arrive via USPS or DHL.
Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions apply).
ShawtyRed also ships internationally.
You can check your order status anytime after it’s placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Cancel your ShawtyRedInc.com order and place it again. Please call us if you’re unable to cancel your order.
ShawtyRed orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the shipping date. Download a return label below.
Please call us to return a ShawtyRed gift without the gift giver being notified or refunded. We’ll help you return the gift for a ShawtyRed gift card.
